    Waking to a blocked drain is always a nightmare. However Djamel and the team from Oneflow made the whole experinece so much easier. Djamel was quick to get in touch and visited with a couple of hours and kept me up to date at each stage of the job and even shared video footage of the issue. A temporary fix was put in place and follow up visit arranged for the following day to complete the permenant works. Djamel and the team did an amazing job and I would highly recommend them and would happily use them again.

    Wayne was polite and helpful. I had been quoted a half hourly rate and Wayne was present for longer than I had thought would be necessary. However he cleared the presenting blockage and cleared the remainder of the system. He showed me (camera) poor workmanship carried out by a previous contractor (who had not responded when I tried to call them back). The company has provided a quotation for remedial work.
