Professional, punctual and efficient service.
After a quick chat on the phone about my heating issues Tim turned up bang on time and was straight into his work not even stopping for the on tap cuppa. Problem solved he talked me through the whole system and advised of necessary upgrades which he left me to think about. A highly professional service doused in an element of personal humour. Fab service, highly recommended.

Excellent quality workmanship with flexible and responsive service
Tim replaced a broken filter in the leaking pipework by our hot water tank, and also switched out a cartridge on a leaking tap. I can't praise the work highly enough. We were on a deadline due to taking holiday, and he was flexible and quick to respond when booking the jobs. He worked quickly and neatly, and went to the trouble of seeking out additional parts due to an awkward fitting. What's more he's friendly and polite into the bargain!

Maintenance on mature systems
Tim has successfully problem-solved and fixed several plumbing maintenance issues for our ageing systems. He is a good communicator, always arrives promptly, is unfailingly polite and works tidily, leaving a clean site. I definitely recommend him.

General plumbing advice and specific intervention on boiler and radiators
Tim was knowledgeable on a variety of equipments, patient in the explanation of the diagnostics, and super-helpful in seeking to resolve as many problems as possible on the spot. Where he felt another specialist would be more qualified, he directed us accordingly. Fully satisfied and reassured on a domain my wife and I were struggling with.

Radiator Installation

Radiator fitting
We have used Tim for years now. Always friendly and easy to talk to. He fitted two radiators for us and removed the old ones. The new ones were relocated in the rooms. Worked quickly and efficiently as always. He also sourced the radiators and valves for us when he knew what style we wanted. Thank you Tim.
