  Tim was knowledgeable on a variety of equipments, patient in the explanation of the diagnostics, and super-helpful in seeking to resolve as many problems as possible on the spot. Where he felt another specialist would be more qualified, he directed us accordingly. Fully satisfied and reassured on a domain my wife and I were struggling with.

  Radiator fitting

  We have used Tim for years now. Always friendly and easy to talk to. He fitted two radiators for us and removed the old ones. The new ones were relocated in the rooms. Worked quickly and efficiently as always. He also sourced the radiators and valves for us when he knew what style we wanted. Thank you Tim.

  Boiler service and landlords safety certificate

  Tim has been servicing the boiler in our flat and issuing a landlords safety certificate for a number of years now. His communication is always clear and timely and he always arrives on time.
