  Sean Weir of One Roofing was recommended by a tradesman whom we hold in high regard.Sean came and ‘using a drone’ carefully assessed the extensive storm damage and recommended solutions. Sean worked collaboratively with the chartered surveyor and structural engineer. Once a plan of action was agreed, One Roofing carried it out precisely. Sean kept us informed daily throughout the process, sending pictures where relevant, and completed the task on time, on budget and with the approval from the professionals supervising the project. We have no reservations in recommending Sean/One Roofing.

  Full new roof and velux window

  I contacted Sean through Facebook as an advert popped up. Came out when he said to quote. Sent quote, accepted quote. Scaffolding etc., arrived. Workers arrived at same time. All in all everyone was first class. They all worked in coordination with each other perfectly. I will get them back to do other work asap as they do building work alsoband I have another two small roofs. All in all out of everyone I have used. They are pretty new but far superior to any trade I have ever used. I'm so grateful for them and their workmanship. Best in the business.

  Quick to appraise repair and provision of insurance estimate. Roofer's on the day of repair had completed it by lunch time, declined offer to put kettle on for them.
