  A brilliant service. The builder was a perfectionist with a fantastic finish. It was a full gutting of a house a redoing the whole house from the brick including knocking a wall down for a bigger kitchen. He kept me updated throughout and gave excellent advice on how to get things done better with better quality. Highly recommend without a doubt

  MMAX8 started off nicely but quickly turned to demanding money to continue the work. Now that they have 85% of the money, having done less than 50% of the work, they are demanding the complete payment, before doing anything more. When Mr Momen Niazi failed to get more money from us he created another invoice, without any discussions, for the jobs which he supposed to deliver to us under the original contract. 5 months gone for 4 to 5 weeks job which is still unfinished with messy garden and messy street:( Don't fall for the sweet talks and the false promises!

  The trades man is very polite, approachable and efficient at what he does. Pricing was affordable too. Work was done very well and fast. He was very tidy and took time to explain after care. He also went above and beyond to offer advice on other jobs I would like to complete in future. Very pleased with the service.
