  Water was back up the drain and flooded the kitchen, drain was blocked

  Onestop were very friendly and helpful. They re-assured my Mum who is 81 and was panicking. They expertly cleared the problem. Would definitely use Craig again.

  Repaired burst outside cold water pipe

  This was the big thaw following the,"Beast from the east" cold spell. A soldered corner joint on the outside cold water pipe to the tap had burst. Contacted Craig in the morning he had a busy workload but got to us at 7pm when most would have called it a day. Got straight to work replaced sections of copper piping and secured with couplings. Excellent job good price would recommend.
