    I had Jamie booked for a new bathroom, months in advance. I uninstalled the bathroom myself ready for the work but he did not turn up. I contacted him and we arranged a second date but again, did not turn up. I have not been able to contact him since. I still have no bathroom installed and I do not have a spare.

  • To fix leak in downstairs toilet

    Came out to fix downstairs toilet gave me a bill of £250 to fix the flusher and a small valve. The leak was still there raised it with Jamie. He apologised and promised to come back and fix it on Friday May 26th after 12 noon. I called him 3 times and messaged on WhatsApp and text message nothing didn’t turn up. We stayed in all day. Clearly he has no intentions of coming back would I recommend absolutely not. Dreadful service I can’t see from most recent review that he let that customer down also. Poor service all round left dissatisfied still got the leak and £250 out of pocket.

    Shoddy work to say the least, toilet seat hinge broken, shaving mirror cracked, bits of old sealant on floor and stuck in my bath mat, bits of old sealant in bath that they filled with water, the freshly sealed bath is not what I expected from " professionals "

    Great service. We had a burst pipe behind the shower. Jamie arrived quickly and charged us a very fair price. We then asked him to come back and move our radiator which he did with another colleague. Both lovely lads, got the job done quickly and efficiently.

I carry out all work myself alongside my apprentice of whom I am training. I will be your single point of contact,

we find that promoting a positive attitude always helps projects run smoothly with good communication throughout.
