Omair is a nice guy and the radiators he fitted work well, but unfortunately my overall experience was disappointing. The job was to fit five new radiators and remove one. He removed the old pipes in some rooms but left them sticking out of the floor in others, meaning I now have to pay another plumber to finish the work. He also became unreliable towards the end. When I contacted him to discuss the unfinished work, he blocked me and refused any further communication. It’s a shame, but based on my experience, I can’t recommend his services.

Thank you for your feedback. The radiators were fully installed and working as agreed. The additional pipe removal mentioned was not included in the quotation or paid for, although I carried out other extra work at no charge. The job was unorganised throughout, with the scope changing several times, and a carpet fitter was booked for the same day as the installation, making the work more difficult. Despite this, I went the extra mile and stand by the quality of my work.
