Amazing job. We are very happy and Brad was a pleasure to meet.

From quote to finish Brad was unbelievable with a friendly and personable service his skill and attitude towards the job was far better than those that have done other works for me previously. It was no hassle and he was able to carry out the job quickly without quality being comprised allowing us to get in our new home.

I found a leak in my bathroom and the wood was ruined underneath original bathroom floor fitting I called Only Floors and Carpets and they were amazing , gave me advice over the phone on how to begin drying out the wood before they came out. They even liaised with my plumber to organise the best way and time to complete my new bathroom flooring. They gave me some great options on what flooring I could have. The lads came out immediately after the leak was fixed, and laid my new flooring in no time at all. Both were professional, friendly and extremely helpful and left my bathroom spotless

Had living room through to dining room in lvt, the guys were very professional in their work, tidied as they went so rooms were always in a tidy state. Had them come back at a later date to do bathroom. Will recommend as we have plans to have kitchen done.

I had the whole of my downstairs done in LVT which looks so lovely and fresh and my stairs hallway landing and bedrooms in lovely thick carpet I have recommended Brad to all my friends and he has done out their houses as well, very polite young man where nothing is too much trouble.
