    excellent and trustworthy

    The team went above and beyond the call of duty to get the drains working at my property. In fact joseph spent four hours getting it sorted and even missed the start of the England DR Congo game - which is not necessarily a bad thing! The second time I've used them and highly recommend.

    Reliable and professional - an excellent job done!

    We had used this company before for a blocked drain and had been very satisfied. They responded very quickly with a quote once I had sent some photographs and I appreciated being able to discuss some possible alterations to the specification on the day which they were flexible about. The team were thoroughly professional, very pleasant to deal with and consulted me every step of the way having initially discussed options and alternatives. I was impressed with their knowledge and experience and would happily use them again if needed.

    Excellent service from start to finish

    My experience with Only Rods & Hoses was nothing short of excellent. Our downstairs lavatory was backing up. Zoe, who picked up the call, was polite, friendly and professional and I was fortunate to get someone to come out within 75 minutes. Peter was extremely thorough in investigating and resolving the problem, which was not straightforward (oddly connected pipework, rusted screws on a manhole cover) - his hard work was much appreciated. Based on my experience, I would 100% recommend.
