Tommy and the team did a great job, second time we’ve had them fix a roof (first the main roof then the kitchen extension). Everything done on time, tidy work, great communication, fair pricing and easy to have around. And most importantly, the indoors stays dry!

I found Only Roofs and Fascias through Checkatrade for a roof lantern installation. Tom got in touch quickly and arranged a visit to assess the job. He was knowledgeable, professional and explained everything clearly, so after getting several quotes I chose Tom and his team. Communication throughout was excellent, with regular updates on progress. The team was polite, tidy and respectful of my home, completing the work efficiently and to a high standard. I'm delighted with my new roof lantern. The attention to detail, quality of workmanship.

I was expecting a long wait as it was a small job but Tom managed to fit it in within a week or so. He seemed reassuringly knowledgeable and, despite it turning into a slightly bigger job, kept the cost as low as he could. He let me know what was needed and gave options. I felt he had been honest and fair throughout.

Tom and the Moore Roofing crew were polite and helpful in surveying and costing the job. The team arrived on time and got the old felt roof and decking off and the new deck and GRP roof on in a couple of days. All the waste material was removed and the site left clean. Job seems a good one and at a very reasonable price.
