He went above and beyond by perfectly liaising between me, the gas engineer, and the electrician, making a complex coordination look easy. ​It’s rare to find someone who manages the technical logistics so seamlessly. Very quick response to job request. Handled quickly and professionally and a chap came out next day and all sorted with the part in hand. Cost wise it was what I expected from a rough cost I was given, so very happy with service and would recommend

Great experience overall. Contacted immediately on the CAT app by the office team who was very friendly and polite, had a phone call with Kev who fitted in the job last minute for me. Same day response and work was carried out by Jason within 5 hours of the initial job posting so a great service and very reasonable price.
