Gary was quick to reply to messages and fitted us in quickly to do the job. He was very friendly and did a great job fixing up our garden wall and doing some repointing on the house. He sounded very knowledgeable and proposed solutions to make the garden wall more stable. I'd definitely use him again.

Gary removed some old cabinets and fully repointed my utility room, he did great work and cleaned everything up nicely afterwards.

Very small job, but Gary impressed with his efforts to know exactly what was required, he was very thorough in this regard. However, his eventual design resulted in some rain still being able to enter the vent - to some extent this was my fault in not drawing special attention to an anomaly in the wall of the house, but this anomaly was clearly observable in the photos I sent him. Although there were some delays in getting the job done, his communication about this was extremely good. The workmanship generally was very sound, tidy and well presented - and he cleaned up really well afterwards.

Had some pointing repairs done on the corner of my house. Turned up on time as arranged and did some additional pointing repairs he spotted under my bay window. Sent me pictures of the repairs he'd done and I transferred the payment straight away with a little extra for the extra work. Unfortunately when I got home there was a small section ground out but not repointed. I contacted him same day and was told it would get sorted that week, never came. I've had 2 other dates promised, but not shown up and now doesn't respond to my messages.

when they came and when they started everything seemed alright but they missed the pointing. I have tried to chase them and they keep promising to come back but it has now been 4 months! I am not happy.

Gary is reliable and extremely pleasant. He pointed the front of my house and has done an amazing job. I will be contacting on point again for when I need my next project starting. Thank you :)
