On point roofing and building Ltd did some repairs to my roof in December 2025 and Chris was extremely helpful in telling me what needed fixing and he and his crew carried out the work to a satisfactory outcome. Chris kept me informed all the way through the work and I now have a good roof again.

Pleased with the outcome and Shane was very good at keeping in touch. As with all outside repairs the weather was always a challenge and Shane planned accordingly. Would recommend.

We lost a few ridge tiles in storm Darragh. Shane responded to the Checkatrade posting, gave me a price based on a couple of photos and agreed to come the next day. He did, and completed the repair effectively - and carried out a couple of other minor repairs at the same time. He’s now on our list of go-to tradespeople!

Shane was first to respond about our roof damage courtesy of storm Darragh. He arrived on time, identified the problem and solution and quoted a price - which he stuck to. The work was done speedily, and best I can see from the ground, well. Shane was very polite and a pleasure to deal with, including getting permission from our neighbour about his ladders. Shane is now in our book of preferred tradesmen!

Recently had Shane come out and sort some tiles out for us after this horrendous storm. Shane was quick to come out, professional, did a great job and we will definitely be using him again!
