Mick contacted me v promptly following my post and gave a competitive quote and balanced assessment which was great. Boiler was ordered and fitted quickly all on time as agreed - exactly at agreed time. Great job, talked me through whole system after do’s and don’ts etc. Really professional, great job, v tidy, competitive and good chat. Mick is a rare find - he’s reliable, trustworthy, punctual, tidy, very knowledgeable and helpful - all at a reasonable price. He fitted a new boiler for us within a week of his first visit to diagnose the problems. There was no initial call out charge, he stayed within his original quote, he never changed or upgraded anything to the job that wasn’t essential, he turned up on time, cracked on with job and kept everything tidy. Once installed, he gave me lots of helpful information on the best way to run the entire heating around the house for maximum efficiency.
