    Dishwasher fault

    I contacted Checkatrade on Saturday morning and within 30minutes had a call from Tony at On the Mend. He came Monday afternoon and the job was completed in an hour! Tony was very friendly and professional and though the job was tricky he persevered until he identified the problem. I would have no hesitation in using Checkatrade and On the Mend again.

    Fixed issue with washing machine

    had an excellent experience. They came to fix my washing machine. From the moment they arrived, it was clear they were both professional and friendly. They took the time to explain what the issue was with my machine, making sure I understood the problem. Not only did they fix the issue efficiently, but their positive attitude made the whole process stress-free. Reasonable price too!!!
