Couln't be faulted. Joe came straight away after finishing the job he was on and dealt with the wasps nest quickly and efficiently. He was cheerful, easy to talk to and clearly explained prices and procedures. I would have no hesitation in recommending him.

From start to finish Joe was professional, knowledgeable and very patient. We had rats in our loft and he was able to provide a huge amount of reassurance during the 4 visits. Problem is now gone and would definitely use him again if the little creatures decided to come back.

Having tried to treat carpet moths with counter bought products I contacted Onyx as the pest control with a 10 star rating. Not disappointed with my decision and a company that lived up to expectations!
