I contacted Joe regarding a wasp nest in one of my plant pots and he came back to me really quickly. He arranged to come out the following day which was great as I couldn’t go in the garden. He treated the nest and after 24 hours there was no wasp activity. The good reviews I read about Joe are correct. He is reliable, knows his stuff and is extremely personable. December 2025 I called Joe due to pest control in my loft. It turned out to be rats which had travelled up from my drain (it affected my joining neighbour too from their drain). Joe effectively got rid of the rats after 3 visits and installed guards on both mine and my neighbours drains to ensure they don't come back.

When we contacted Joe about suspected bed bugs, he responded very quickly and arranged to come to come to our house in order to provide a quote a couple of days later. Bed bugs are very good at hiding and are hard to get rid of, Joe made sure we understood that and recommended that we also get a second opinion before making a decision. We accepted the quote and Joe was professional, punctual, friendly and reliable. Two weeks after his last visit, there are no signs of bed bugs. We highly recommend!

Joe was called out for a pest problem, upon investigation it turned out to be a mouse problem which was dealt with swiftly. Joe is reliable & professional and i would recommend his services based on my experience.
