Work Scope – Gutter Cleaning & Debris Removal (End-Terrace)
Complete site risk assessment, noting shared boundaries and access from both sides. Set up ladders or access equipment per HSE guidance. Wear PPE: gloves, safety glasses, high-visibility vest, and non-slip footwear. Inspect gutters, downpipes, fascia, and soffits on front, rear, and gable elevations for blockages, leaks, or damage. Remove debris manually or using suitable tools such as a gutter vac, clearing leaves, moss, twigs, and dirt. Bag and remove all waste from site, ensuring no mess remains. Check downpipes for blockages. Conduct final inspection to ensure system is fully clear and operational. Take photographic evidence before and after works. Report any damage, misalignment, or repairs needed, with recommendations for follow-up. Remove equipment and leave site safe, clean, and tidy. Works carried out by SEPA-registered, fully insured operatives; company accredited to ISO9001, ISO14001, and SafeContractor standards.
