Came quickly to clear blocked drain. Very knowledgeable and explained everything clearly, giving advice on shared drains and responsibilities associated with this - which we will follow up with Southern Water. Unblocking of drains
Phoned to see if could look at a blocked drain. Wasn’t expecting the speed in which he said could be at house. Once at house was very quick in locating problems, explained all options and then proceeded to clear all blockages. Made sure all was ok and was very courteous and cleaned up behind him.Verified reviewerJob location: PO22
