We requested a visit to discuss installing a air conditioner/heater in our living room. Josh from Optimal Air Conditioning Ltd contacted us to arrange a visit. He provided us with a comprehensive list of options. We decided which one we wanted & he came to fit it on 20th June. The unit is of good quality & he was very respectful to ourselves and our property. Leaving us with no mess & well instructed of how to use our new unit. Have arranged for a service next year. We have no reservation in recommending Josh to anyone looking to install the same unit in their homes.

Josh & his team were prompt , keeping me informed at every stage. Talked me through the process of the removal of my A/C unit. They took the inside & outside units away as well. I would recommend them. S. Carson
