New fuse board fitted and shower cable uprated.
Ben was fantastic throughout, quick replies to messages, experienced and knowledgeable. Ben diagnosed our problem quickly and gave us a fair, no obligation quote. He gave us time to think about the quote without putting us under any pressure. The job was complete in a morning to a high standard and all of our building regs certificates of compliance were promptly sent over. EICR for private property
Absolutely outstanding service from start to finish. Ben arrived early, had all the paperwork prepared in advance, and got straight to work. He was professional, efficient, and respectful of the property throughout the visit. Despite limited access to the property due to the availability of my tenant, Ben persevered and got the job done. He also installed some smoke alarms for me, which was not part of the original job.
