  EICR for private property

  Absolutely outstanding service from start to finish. Ben arrived early, had all the paperwork prepared in advance, and got straight to work. He was professional, efficient, and respectful of the property throughout the visit. He took the time to answer all my questions clearly and emailed me the full EICR report while still on-site, pointing out the items that were flagged.   Good service

  Despite limited access to the property due to the availability of my tenant, Ben persevered and got the job done. He also installed some smoke alarms for me, which was not part of the original job. Good service / happy with the work.

  We recently had Ben perform electrical work in our kitchen, and we are extremely satisfied with the results. He installed new lights and sockets with great precision and efficiency. Ben was professional, punctual, and took the time to ensure everything was done to a high standard. The kitchen lighting has been greatly improved, and the additional sockets have made the space much more functional.
