I recently had some plumbing work done and couldn’t be happier with the service. The plumber was someone I am familiar with, and he proved once again what a kind, friendly, and reliable person he is. He arrived on time, explained the work clearly, and carried it out efficiently with great attention to detail. It’s rare to find someone who is not only skilled at their job but also genuinely pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend him and wouldn’t hesitate to use his services again.

We came across Optimal via the neighborhood app “Nextdoor”, and are genuinely great full we choose to proceed with them. The business owner Zain, was a wonder, always at hand to address any concerns, as we this was out first home we bought he accommodated us really well. We bought the property cheap as required works internally and externally, over the space of 3 months Optimal turned it from a derelict property, into a modern place we now call home, they helped with all interior themes and carried the work out the exact specification. Externally insulated all elevations also.
