  We could not recommend Optimise enough to anyone! We have had delays with our build due to different aspects out of our control. We were delayed from May 2022 until January 2023. Adam and the team kept checking in, helping us as much as they could to get us moving again with the build. Not only have the team been patient with us and our situation but they have done an amazing job with our extension. The team were always happy to help us with ideas to create the best version of our build possible with bespoke designs. All the team were lovely and great with involving our kids too. Thank you

• Renovation of 1950's Bungalow to 2022 standard

  Adam and his team of builders, carpenters, plumbers, electricians and roofers worked consistently to complete high quality renovation on time and in cost estimates provided at the start of the job. All the way through the job they gave advise on bespoke finishes we chose, including removal of internal walls and installation of new fitted kitchen and bathroom.

  Optimise Property Solutions were recommended to me in respect of my kitchen/diner renovation. They supplied and fitted a kitchen from Howdens including the removal of an internal wall and the supply/installation of new French doors. I have not been left disappointed. Adam and the team were fantastic, keeping me fully updated with developments. The quality of workmanship and attention to detail was also evident upon the conclusion of the work.

• Time waster

  After initial visit from Adam I was told a fee note would be raised for them to be able to provide designs and estimates. Over two weeks have passed and after many communications ignored he is still fobbing me off. I just lost 3 weeks because of this timewaster!

  I couldn't recommend Adam and the team enough. This is the second project I have worked on with Optimise and wasn't disappointed again. Adam and the team from start to finish were extremely professional, from time management, to politeness. The attention to detail (even when I change the design) were spot on. Highly recommended!
