Optimum installed a walk-in shower in place of the existing bath. In fact the whole bathroom was upgraded - new floor-covering and ceiling, walls trued-up and re-tiled, new toilet and hand basin. A new toilet was also fitted in the guest toilet. I have installed bathrooms in my younger days, and I can honestly say that I was impressed by the craftsmanship shown. The work was explained to me, and any questions were answered clearly. I will be coming back to Optimum when I have my kitchen upgraded.

Optimum re. modelled our bathroom and made a super job of it. The staff involved were very polite and paid great attention to detail. The completed job exceeded our expectations and we are delighted with the result. We would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Just had a kitchen fitted and they have done a brilliant job. Only a small kitchen but had a few issues due to previous builders (before I bought the house). Friendly and good communication. Will be using them again.

Optimum have transformed my home for the better. From start to finish I have been consulted, involved and afterwards directed the whole renovation of my two bedroom property. The service was professional, came with prompt and detailed invoices, was on budget and exceed our expectation of quality. Problems, if they arose, were handled brilliantly and with our full support. I will be contacting Optimum for my next project.

Want to say a massive thank you to Paul and the team for a great job. Converting my garage into a room that we can now use. They have also transformed the front of the house with a lovely white render. From day one, the team worked so hard, despite a few obstacles being thrown in their way. Big thank you to the other Paul for all his hard work during those first couple of weeks. He kept me fully informed at each stage and told me they were going to tackle each issue they came across. Paul (the owner) was very quick to respond to my many many messages. Great job by all. I recommended.
