Simon and Luke installed new gas boiler, required repiping as had it installed in a different part of my house, removed old boiler, Both were extremly professional & polite, explained every part of the job done , showed me and explained whilst doing the job aswell. work was to top standards, left the place like they hadn't even been there. communication was excellent. on time both days and job all finished within the time scale I was told. reaonable priced. highly recommend, 5* service. I will defintely be using Optimum for all my plumbing needs in the future.

I needed to replace my bath/shower mixer tap. I decided to do it myself, BIG mistake. The fittings wouldn't budge. I decided to call Optimum as I'd used them before. Simon managed to fit me in & was with me within an hour. It wasn't a straight forward job, but Simon had it sorted in no time. Probably would have been quicker if we hadn't been talking about our music likes. A great guy & a first class job. Can't recommend him highly enough.

Simon came and serviced our boiler, turned up on time, communication with booking was good, explained everything he was doing in detail, explained about a couple of faults he found and recommended what needed doing, also blead a radiator for me whilst here. 5* service, highly recommend, I will be using for future jobs for sure.

What can I say about Optimum Simon was brilliant, came round to give me a quote for new boiler as British Gas said it was obsolete He looked at it said he could fix it there and then which he did saved us over £4000 he was such a lovely caring man Not many people like him anymore, who care about old people we are both in our 80s so thank you so much 🤗😊

We were very happy with the quick and efficient work carried out by Simon and Luke, servicing our boiler and repairing our leaking wash basin and replacing the taps. Leaving everywhere clean and tidy.
