  Absolute Terrible Experience - Avoid at All Costs!!

  We hired this builder to construct a porch, and it turned into a complete nightmare. The work was not done to building standards, and after five long months of delays, excuses, and being ignored, we were left with a structure that had to be demolished and rebuilt from scratch.*Despite numerous messages and phone calls, the builder barely responded and showed no professionalism or accountability. What was supposed to be a simple project turned into months of stress, wasted time, and wasted money.*We genuinely regret ever hiring them — save yourself the trouble and do not hire them!!!

  Brick / Concrete Structural Repairs

  Garage Conversion

  Michael and his colleagues appeared very polite and obliging but after the build, I was left with a big concrete slab at the back of the garage which Mike said was necessary to hold the extension part up, but no other side of the building had this slab. Additionally I have been told by two independent builders that the floor that Michael put in the garage is the worst that they have ever seen. There are other problems also and I have tried to get in touch but my text messages are presently being ignored.

  Extremely poor quality and poor service. Michael has since ignored my messages and refused to get back to me. I have now taken legal advice and will peruse this matter. It has cost me thousands of pounds to fix his mistakes and lack of workman ship. My advice is to stay clear from this so called builder and save yourself a lot of money and heartache.

  Fitted windows and plaster works after I had a re-wire , and was let down by plasterer

  Friendly and punctual lads. Mike and Paul did a fantastic jobs for us windows where put in fast and attention to detail was taken. When I asked about adding on the plastering after a re-wire they were more than happy to help and get the job done. Fantastic job all round and will definitely use them again in the future and will definitely recommend!

  Two jobs done for us, old door and window blocked up and rendered and flags laid for new patio.

  Fantastic job! All work complete in a matter of days and to an excellent standard. Extremely happy with every aspect of the work and competitively priced. Will definitely be using BPS again!
