Bayley and his team were fantastic throughout the process. Rather than just quoting for everything under the sun like other companies I had contacted, they came to actually see the issue in person. the provided a short report free of charge alongside the quote which allowed me to properly understand the issue. During the works they were on time, polite and efficient. When finished Bayley talked me through everything that was done. It turned out less was needed than initially thought and there was no hesitation in informing me of this and reducing the quote. Would recommend to anyone.

the team inspected, provided a quote for damp works on a wall, and mould proofing a bathroom including a better extractor fan. Also quoted for painting. This process was involved and efficient lead by Bayley. Then work began on time. I requested installation of a hob during works which was immediately attended to. The job looks very professional and I was kept informed with details, potential issues and photos of the ongoing works and final works. team worked late hours on painting to get the job done in a week. The professionalism matches/exceeds quote price I would say.

Bayley and his team did an excellent job damp proofing, tanking and replastering our bathroom wall. From the moment they arrived, they were friendly and professional. The communication throughout the process was excellent - I received regular updates and photos at the end of each day, and they were always happy to answer any questions I had. They worked efficiently, kept everything tidy, and left the space clean for me to use the bathroom at the end of each day.
