All of the work was completed satisfactorily and within the agreed time-frame which was the key factor for me. It took a bit of follow-up to get the debris moved after the job was completed, and plasterwork after the rewire could've been neater - this meant we had some unforeseen prep time before it could be redecorated. On the plus side, they had to take some shelves down prior to being able to start work and didn't charge any extra for that. Ollie managed the job and was very responsive when I had any questions or issues, and sorted things out quickly where needed. I would use ORB again.

Very pleasant and mannerly young man. Arrived bang on time. Big plus as this is my pet hate. When, due to my time restrictions and the possibility of the work not being completed, another electrician came to assist. Very impressed and would definitely use again for any other work needed in the future.
