    Nice guy but slow , chatty and overpriced

    Trevor was called to replace two round LED lighting first of all he is very slow and very chatty so it all cost for you as he charges you hourly! Be aware! changing literally two light bulb with its cover (i provided all)cost me to pay for two hours job as he talked all through and works very slowly to get the job done as spending time as he can as it meter goes I was not impressed as he picked up phone and spend like over 5 min talking to another customer while he was doing my job and clock was ticking for!chat, chat, chat but you have to pay for it! He is a nice man but overpriced and slow

    Checking a socket

    Trevor responded very quickly to my enquiry and soon came to look at the issue for us. He was great at communicating when he would arrive. He gave us good advice on a number of issues and checked the safety of a socket while he was here. I would recommend Trevor, he is clearly experienced and knowledgeable.

    Fault finding with electric car charger RCD device

    Amazing service - Trevor came round to view the issue the day after I contacted him for assistance, and was able to resolve the issue the very next day! Polite, knowledgeable and clearly highly experienced, I recommend Orchard Electrical Services most highly.

    Full house rewire

    Trevor has recently completed a full and comprehensive rewire of my old property and I cannot fault his work. His experience with older properties has been vital, having taken all the problems that arose in his stride. Due to other ongoing projects on the property Trevor has been flexible to fit in with my timetable, and has been reliable and easy to work with throughout. His work has been excellent, with all work completed in time and on budget. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone,

My name is Trevor Tout, I have had my own business since 1990 and renamed it when I built my own house in 2005-2006. Orchard House Barnfield in Crediton Devon is my base, and my Business is called Orchard Electrical Services. I am a sole trader dealing with mostly domestic electrical work ie rewires, barn conversions extra points, showers, emergency breakdown work, boiler control systems for oil, renewables, and anything else I encounter along the way. I am fully qualified up to the latest 18th edition of the wiring regulations BS7671, fully insured and Registered with Napit.
