Bad Drain Smell
Jon's communication prior to visit was exceptional. Jon arrived promptly, he spent some time reviewing the issue with the shower drain and it was because the shower system was not pushed down tight enough and the bad smells were escaping, he explained why this was occurring and what to look for. Clear out blocked drains
Jon was prompt, polite and communicative when arranging a time to visit. He cleared out my drains really quickly and even charged me less than he had initially quoted as it was a simple fix. Drain investigation and fix - outstanding service
Our drains were a mess but we didn’t know the extent of it, having only recently moved in. John discovered the source of the problem but was determined to get to the root cause and to fix it. He showed us all the while what he was doing. And he did a fantastic job. Extremely happy. Plus the bill was less than he quoted. Blocked Drain
