    Cavity wall insulation.

    The two installation engineers arrived on time and commenced work immediately. First they checked the air flow from the lounge gas fire. Then commenced drilling in the holes. Noise as expected. As soon as he started the other engineer commenced pumping in the insulation. They did not hang about chatting and worked in a coordinated fashion. Once done, the process was again repeated, no doubt because the beads had settled. Then filling in all the hols with almost matching cement. Swept all the mess up including the window ledges and finally hosed down all the windows leaving almost as found.

    They were brilliant. If you need to set a benchmark, these guys nailed it. I need the DNA of those two guys so I can bottle it and inject it into my workforce.

    Insulation

    As commented the colour of our house does . When I signed up for the insulation I expected a professional and finished job, the engineer told me that they would paint the holes in the facade in the same colour and they turned up with white colour and asking about the original colour of the facade. Shocking work done and no solution.

    You received Cavity Wall Insulation under a non-contributory scheme and we conducted the work in accordance with accepted procedure. We have made separate visits to your Property in order to resolve this issue. We are keen to return to your Property once you have informed us as to what colour/shade you require, so we can bring the issue to a satisfactory close. When we conducted FREE Insulation on your Property, we did try to match the existing paintwork, which, at the time, appeared to us to be Magnolia. How long has the paintwork been on the Property facade?. It may have faded over time. Would you be so kind as to inform us as to what colour you wish us to use, then we can resolve the situation. We look forward to hearing from you.
