Contacted Tuesday, price agreed Thursday and he had a cancellation so installed Saturday great service, Spencer arrived on time installed 2 units and job done by 3pm Product range is very good and installation even better cannot fault the service. He is obviously very knowledgeable and has ben trading for many years. Would recommend every time (Just make sure you have plenty of teabags)

From enquiry to completion, Spencer was a great communicator. Spencer gave great advice to all my questions, the systems have been fitted perfectly and quickly on a date that suited me. I would recommended booking him over going with a national company.

Spencer fitted a Fujitsu AC unit in my bedroom and I couldn’t happier with the installation! He’s clearly an expert in this field, the communication was excellent from start to finish and he also answered all the various questions I had. Excellent quality of work, they turned up on time and carried out the job with speed and precision, I would highly recommend Orion to anyone!

I have health issues that make high temperatures very uncomfortable & make my health worse so I decided to have air con installed. From the first call to Spencer to installation(22 days) was very quick, very much appreciated with extreme heat forecast for 4 days & his communication, work, team were all excellent. Very friendly, polite & well presented who clean up behind themselves as they work. I can’t praise them enough for how easy they’ve made this for me & the units are so easy to use.
