I had a conservatory built by this company. As part of the work they had to move an outdoor tap to make room for the conservatory. The plumber they used worked on the plumbing inside and outside my house. I had a kitchen fitted after the work on the conservatory was finished. About 11 months after it was all fitted I discovered a significant leak on the pipework that had been installed by Orion's plumber. I complained but they won't accept responsibility. The firm that has taken them over will not honour the guarantee. They also built a step which crumbled, they fix it but it's crumbled again
