Mick contacted me straight away after I posted the job and came round to take a look later the same day. True to his word he managed to track down what he needed and completed the job the next day. Mick was excellent with his communication from start to finish. He helped me out with a problem for my elderly Mum on his first visit & offered advice on a solution to the problem. He then returned when he said he would & got on with the job with no fuss keeping me posted of his progress throughout. My overall experience was very good to excellent. The work was carried out as requested to a high standard, and at a competitive price. I would recommend them to anyone looking for electrical work. Only reason I did not give 10s across the board is for the following: 1) Where some switches were removed, paint and plaster was also knocked off. I put this mainly down to the quality of the paint job the previous owners undertook before selling, where lots of paint was dried over the old switches. 2) Bits of wire and old electrical equipment left behind after the job.Verified reviewerJob location: S6
