Tom was brilliant from start to finish. Very knowledgeable & helpful, also suggesting some brilliant ideas all whist being very competitive with his pricing. Would definitely recommend to anyone and will certainly be using his services again.

Started off ok, then zero customer care, AVOID. Zero customer engagement, didn't turn up, made excuses on numerous occasions then no response to further contact. Obviously doesn't want/need the work, there are plenty of others out there that do, just AVOID.

We had used Tom before but his hard work and kindness made a difficult time easier. Getting a new tank delayed the repair but ,as he knew we'd been without hot water for quite a few days, he worked a long and difficult, staying late to make sure he finished. I can't praise him enough for that. We can now shower but not only was he understanding, he left everything neat and tidy. Thanks, Tom.

Excellent attention & work

Tom very kindly advised over the phone how to diagnose the problem with our heating system, and also described some warning signs to look out for in the future. Although this time we didn't need him to fix anything, I'd happily recommend Tom as knowledgable and highly professional in his approach. Many thanks Tom.

Came as promptly as possible to replace a faulty motorised valve. Also replaced another faulty valve which came to light during the repair.
