Osborne & Sons came highly recommended by Optisoul Ltd, and from the outset we knew we could trust them. Professional, communicative, efficient and fairly priced, they delivered a major transformation; extending our kitchen, redesigning our utility, with new flooring inside and out, plus multiple windows, doors and beautiful finishing touches. Led by Duncan and his family team, they are skilled, thoughtful and a genuine pleasure to have around. Living through the build with children and a dog was made easy. We’re so grateful -the result is stunning, and we’ll absolutely use them again.

We recently used this building company for our bedroom and en-suite renovation and are very pleased with the results. Communication was excellent throughout and the quote was clear and well broken down. They worked consistent full days from start to finish without running off to other jobs, which we really appreciated. The team were great – Duncan, Dave, Paul and subcontracted plumber Dan – and the attention to detail and quality of the finish is very high. Overall, a very positive experience and we would happily recommend them.

We used Osborne and sons to replace our kitchen diner and utility room. They were very easy to deal with, always available and really helped us with little ideas to make our space work better. We LOVE our new space and are so grateful to them.

Dave, Duncan and the team are amazing. They worked in our house for several months doing our WC and renovating our loft extension, turning it into a luxury open plan master bedroom and ensuite. It’s exactly how we had envisaged, we’re so happy! They were patient, suggested ideas and helped out with so many extras. Nothing was too much trouble! They always turned up with a smile and were so lovely with our baby and toddler. The team were extremely professional, reliable and communicated with us all the time. Their attention to detail was impeccable, I’d recommend them to anyone!

Reliable, honest, hard working, the boys are tidy and nothing is a problem, they start the job and don’t leave until they have finished and clear up everyday. They have done a couple of jobs for us now, I’ll always get the Osbornes to do any building work.

We had a fantastic experience with our builders. They were not only highly skilled and professional, but also warm, friendly, and a genuine pleasure to have around the house. They were incredibly courteous throughout the project and made a real effort to tidy up thoroughly at the end of each day—something we really appreciated with little ones running around. They adapted quickly and helpfully to a few last-minute changes, always with a can-do attitude. It was clear they cared about the quality of their work and about making the process as smooth as possible for our family.
