They did the cavity wall insulation on my property (I didn't own it at the time) over 10 years ago (or at least they deal with it now), I moved in 4 months ago and had it surveyed, the report showed shoddy workmanship and massive patch in the insulation. I got back to them under the CIGA warranty and after initial contact, they were pretty much not responding to any of my emails asking for questions, progress of my request etc. Eventually I had an answer full of irrelevant technicalities, not sensible explanations, no help and essentially trying get away from any responsibilities. Avoid!

John, the plumber was very professional at all times. His early morning started with, laying a protective cover over the hall and stairs. Once he started, it was non-stop until the job was finished. He was very attentive to any questions that I might have had and put my mind at rest to any issues as they arose. The second day was checking the system worked perfectly and explaining to me how the boiler and the thermostat operated correctly. My wife and I were very pleased with the quality and neatness of the pipework, also the cleanliness at which John worked. He is an asset to Osborne Energy.

The engineer was very knowledgeable and thorough with his checks. He was polite and on time.

Contacting osborne energy for the above work was a shot in the dark id heard of the company but was'nt sure they did plumping work. I was glad they did, the quote received was considerably less than other firms, this was due to their unique approach to the problem. John the workman was curteous and very hard working and kept me informed throughout the job.

He spent an hour on it and pronounced it in good condition.
