I recently used Osborne Plumbing and Heating Services for a really awkward job. Before finding them, I’d dealt with several companies and sole traders who either didn’t turn up, didn’t follow through, or quoted prices I simply couldn’t afford. Osborne sent Kane, who was reliable, professional, and fair with his pricing. He took into account that I’m elderly and clearly anxious about the problem, and he spent time explaining everything calmly and clearly. He worked efficiently and arrived exactly when he said he would. I would recommend this company without reservation. ---

We received a thorough and incredibly speedy immersion water heater fix on a very old water tank in a very tight and awkward cupboard. Cain arrive super early and before the time he said he’ll come, before me and my partner was awake! We have no reason to use anyone else for future fixes, I can’t recommend enough.

Needed radiators uninstalled, drained before painters came in, then reinstalled and restored to working order after. Kane was easy to communicate with, reliable, and carried out the work to a great standard at a reasonable price. 10/10

Excellent service . After the previous company said the washing machine installation was impossible and left everything unresolved, he managed to complete the job professionally and efficiently. Very knowledgeable, helpful, and positive throughout. Really appreciate the effort and great service
