The Osprey team arrived on date agreed and on time. A great start considering some poor service from other companies in the past! Simon clearly explained the work which would be carried out and the steps involved to install the boiler, flue and hive control system. After the install, I was given a full overview of the worcester boiler including the 10 year guarantee and the hive was setup easily and quickly. Simon also carried out a check on all our radiators and gas fires. Fantastic service and at a great price. So much so i've booked the Osprey team in to service my boiler and gas fires.
