I contacted Colin at Osprey Bathrooms after making an insurance claim, as I needed a completely new bathroom due to severe rot and water damage. Initially, my insurance company was only offering around £2,000, which was nowhere near enough to cover the work required. Colin went above and beyond to help. He assisted me with wording emails, advised me on phone calls with the insurance company, and even spoke directly with the loss adjusters and insurers on my behalf towards the end of the process. Delighted with my new bathroom! Colin was so helpful with guiding me and giving advice, as this was all new to me. Mark and Sean are honestly amazing at their job. I couldn’t believe the difference in my bathroom- so happy with it!

Osprey gutted our downstairs toilet and renovated it with beautiful new tiles, sink and toilet. The work was all done on time and budget and is beautifully finished. This was not an easy job involving the removal of vitrolite glass tiles and repositioning of toilet. Workmen always came at the agreed times, cleared up any mess and were invariably polite and helpful.

I had a Horrid Bathroom Removed by Osprey and a new Bathroom Fitted all within 5 days. I cannot praise the guys, Mark and Sean highly enough. They were hard working, efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. The finished Bathroom is simply fabulous and I am so glad I chose Osprey out of 5 possible companies. Osprey comes highly recommended by me....Keep up the great work guys.

This is the second Bathroom conversion I have had Osprey do for me and each time it has been a great experience Colin knows his stuff. Bathroom fitters are excellent the quality of the Finnish is superb. When a supplier let them down on another job they slotted me in so the job was done start to finish in 4 days.
