  Replacement roof tile.

  Cleaning of tiled roof on Bungalow. Replacement of roof parts and rebuilding gulleys

  I used this company after receiving recommendation from a friend who had had extensive work done by Oskars. The work process was carefully explained by Oskars and was carried out to a very high standard. I was especially impressed by the dedication shown to get the work done well. It was noted that the very wet weather was not allowed to prevent the work proceeding. The whole experience was very pleasant and Oskars is a very easy and pleasant person to deal with. I will certainly use Oscars again if I need any building work doing, and I recommend him without reservation.

  They have now carried out a number of jobs for me, at my home, replaced glazing panels, repaired and cleaned gutters.Fitted dry end caps on all of our roofs. At our flats they have installed new double glazing windows and doors, clad all external wood work, cleaned removes and replaced gutters and replaced ridge tiles.

  I am truly impressed with the way this company work. I have had them work on my own home and at the rental properties we own. Working on rental properties can be difficult and over the years we have tried unsuccessfully to find a good tradesmen. With OSS I can guarantee that the work will be completed to my satisfaction as well as the tenants. I would not hesitate to recommend them, they carry out the work as if it was their own homes, always punctual, clean, courteous and never raise the price. Finding good workmen is definitely not easy if you need any work carrying speak to Oscar

  Moss removed, gutters and ridge tiles repaired/replaced, dry verge caps fitted.

  All the work was completed as promised and to a very high standard. Oskars and his colleague worked very hard and meticulously under trying weather conditions. I can highly recommend them and will be using them again, not only for roofing, as they are so diligent and reliable.
