Over the last few years James Broomfield has carried out work for me several times. Updating an older computer, installing a new one for business use & wiping previous iMacs so that they can be donated, as well as giving advice & answering queries on various computer matters. He is always polite & he is the one person I trust if I have any computer issues.

James was very helpful when the retailer I had bought my 11-month-old laptop from refused to repair it under the warranty, claiming there was evidence of liquid damage. He did a thorough inspection of the laptop, wrote a clear report identifying the likely cause of the fault and made a video showing him carrying out a diagnostic test. The retailer accepted his findings in full and agreed to repair the laptop under the warranty. James was professional, produced the report quickly and was pleasant to deal with. Highly recommended.

Not only can I rely on him to solve any problems but he also takes time to explain the issue and improve my skills. He has also advised me when I need to upgrade my equipment. James is always helpful and it is great credit to him that he supports charities both in fund raising and recycling old IT equipment. I cannot recommend him highly enough. I would not go anywhere other than to James for all my IT requirements.
