Our tenanted property experienced a severe blockage in the drain, leading to the overflow of the downstairs toilet onto the nearby wood floor. Upon investigation, we discovered that the blockage was caused by an accumulation of excessive toilet tissue. Charlie promptly called me after I submitted the quotation, arriving at the site around 6:45pm. He quickly commenced the work. Using an in-pipe camera and a high-pressure pipe system, he efficiently identified the blocked areas and the underlying causes. Finally, he thoroughly cleaned the affected areas. I am very happy with his work.

Outflow put a new liner in a pipe under my conservatory. The work had to be done quite urgently and they arrived just after 6 in the evening, working through until 8.30 to get the job finished, which I really appreciated. Everything went smoothly and I was shown the new liner via the camera at the end. Outflow are very efficient, polite, reliable and skilled. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
