Michael was hired to clean an oven & fan , lightly soiled. I informed him of my life threatening allergies to chemicals. Clumps of chemical paste left behind, turned to dust & over food we ate. Michael says as a "gesture of goodwill" he will wipe off the chemical paste. I explained why this is not suitable. It will be in the fan vents & will blow out onto food/into air. We've already eaten food covered in chemicals. Only way to ensure safety is to replace oven. Michael is not acknowledging safety, inconvenience , expense, worry. Had to chuck food. Refusing to use insurance to put it right

Oven and Beyond were great I didn't get the name of the man, but he did a great job very professional I shall certainly use him again Highly recommend
