10 Domestic Oven Cleaning

Absolutely fantastic!!
Absolutely fantastic as always! We’ve been using Ovenclean to clean our ovens for many years now, and it never ceases to amaze me how clean it looks afterwards. Maybe it’s a sign of being mid-40s, but I genuinely get excited at how gleaming it is! The communication is spot on, they’re always punctual (in fact a few minutes early), ultra friendly, extremely tidy and respectful and just crack on with the job. Ovens clean but mess of the road and kitchen
We had Mark as part of Dean and Amy Wilson visit to clean our oven and BBQ. They were cleaned to a good standard. No problems with the cleaning. Our issues come from the clean up. We had to clean the area throughout where he had been. There was then a spillage of some kind on the driveway and pavement covering ours and our neighbours drive. The neighbours are obviously annoyed and have complained to us and the council, we have asked the contact what it is so we can get it cleaned but because payment was demanded before the works were carried out, we have now not had any response from them.Verified reviewerJob location: PO8Response from Ovenclean
We’re sorry to hear you were not satisfied with the condition after the clean. We have spoken with Mark, who advised that the cleaning tank accidentally spilled, causing water to run onto the footpath. We would like to reassure you that only environmentally friendly products were used, so no harmful chemicals were involved. We have attempted to contact the customer by phone and message to offer a return visit to rinse the area. We regret not meeting our usual high standards. Payment was requested in advance as the customer was not present at the property; this is standard practice.
