Be aware. Price is twice as much as what trade standard high end recommended price. Was told oven was fixed it wasn't. Demanded full payment without proper testing to make sure oven was fixed. Promised to come back to fix the oven so paid part payment but failed come back to fix due to part is no longer available. I've done research and parts are widely available. False information. Lost money in the end. Shame I would normally would like to support sole trader but in this case hugely let down. Out of pocket and still broken oven right before Christmas.

I have been repairing ovens for over 14 years and have extensive knowledge and experience. The customer on this occasion was driving me down on price from the very start. As my previous feedback proves, I am very reasonable priced and pride myself on being competitive. The customer refused to pay for my labour and the thermostat that I fitted to the oven. The customer also expected additional works done for free. A wasted journey and a loss of 1.5 hours and parts. I feel let down with a negative review after completing so many successful repairs with hundreds of happy customers.
