Mark and Bailey did a brilliant job and are very easy to recommend. They were punctual, efficient, friendly and the work has been carried out to a high standard. I’ve had 3 different sets of builders whilst renovating my house and they were easily the best.

Loft hatch was tiny, too high for step ladder, and loft poorly configured for anything other than chucking stuff up there to 'worry about' later.... Well 18 years later, we wanted a safe easy access, to a space that we could better use for ready use (vice long-term) storage. Discussed with Mark and we came up with a plan, which included working around the TV antenna and .... Mark & Bailey have been working like trojans and delivered a great result! Maximising space, and making the access totally safe with handrails and platforms. Now off to Ikea to invest heavily in storage solutions :-)

Mark completely striped out our ensuite and reinstalled a new shower, basin, wc and radiator, and tiled and painted throughtout. All work to a very high standard, and we're delighted with the finished result. Provided a clear concise estimate, regular updates and discussions as the project progressed, and finished within schedule/ cost.

Mark and Bailey did a great job waterproofing the roof. Delighted with the finish. Will definitely use them again. Thanks guys!

My mother had an ensuite shower room installed in her spare bedroom, using the cupboard space to fit a toilet, washbasin and shower. Mark did a great job, and it looks really professional. Mum is delighted with it. Mark is a really nice guy, very genuine, very professional, and he knows what he's doing. Thoroughly recommended.
