We hired Jed to complete some garden clearance for our overgrown garden and he was fantastic. He replied very quickly to a quote request and showed up at the arranged time to take a look around and offered a very competitive price. He then booked us in swiftly and completed the work to a very high standard and offered knowledgeable advice on the next steps. He was professional, prompt and trustworthy and I’d definitely hire him again for any garden work needed.

Really happy with the service I received Jed and the team were more then accommodating, quotation sent through the same day, after coming to see my garden, they gave me an honest opinion, the works was booked him when was convenient for me. Will definitely be using Overton landscape and gardening.

Contacted them through the app to get a quote, they called me back shortly after, and made an appointment for a visit next day so that they could give a quote. Next day I am waiting for them to show up, but nothing. I send a message, they replied that they were sorry but the car broke down. I replied Ok, let's make another appointment. He said he would contact me. A couple of hours later the whole appointment was cancelled, without an explanation, an apology, or excuse. I guess if this is how they treat actual customers then I am lucky we did not go any further.

Work was carried out satisfactorily, attention paid to my requirements. Good communication prior to starting job and during. I was pleased with the work but I would have liked the garden to be left a little tidier, it was necessary for me to remove a sizeable amount of clippings after they had left.
