Matt was reliable, interested, efficient and hard working. He put sockets and lights into my elderly mum's garage, as well as a few other bits and pieces for her. He went the extra mile for her and was polite and courteous throughout. Matt got in touch straight away, and was able to help us in a good time frame both times. Matt was very responsive during the initial quotation process. His price was very reasonable and did a very good job with the installation. Matt came to move an electrical socket for me as I thought the location was causing a risk - however, he gave his honest opinion that it was safely installed as is, and gave a detailed explanation of why leaving me very reassured. Matt was great from start to finish. He came round the day the job was posted and was very thorough in checking all the circuits to try to find the fault, only for the fault to stop occurring and then came back half an hour after he had left when the fault happened again. He ended up replacing the fuse board (which was older than the house), fixed various other issues around the house that needed doing and is coming back to do some other bits for us.
