The whole experience with Tom was a pleasure! He was friendly, professional and efficient. He had everything with him already for the repairs (in this case an element for the oven) and even a lightbulb and did them straight away having told me exactly what the costs involved were and gave some useful tips about using our appliances more efficiently. I definitely would recommend Tom to anyone who needs help with their appliances.

Incredible fast , efficient service . Old dishwasher removed , new one fitted . Everything left spotless and my kitchen boards were put back correctly after years of not being in the right place ! Would always use this company 5 star!!

Owen's immediately identified that our existing 13 year old fridge was i repairable and gave us a proposal to supply and install a new fridge. After checking the market we accepted his proposal and the new fridge was quickly supplied and installed. We were very happy with mr Owen's service.

A quick WhatsApp message first thing with a description of my extremely noisy fridge/freezer resulted in a message as to probable cause and quote, and problem fixed all within 4 hours. Amazing service. Can’t recommend enough, what a great guy.

Called out for a dishwasher fault which turned out to be beyond economical repair. The problem was explained very thoroughly and included a video of the machine in operation. The call-out price was reduced as no repair could be effected and helpful advice was given on choosing and using a new machine.

Very friendly honest chap. We have used Tom twice now and really appreciate his advice. He is punctual, well presented, clean and knowledgeable. Once investigation is over he gives you all the options available to you so you don't feel pressured into just chucking money around, you really feel your getting all the choices.
