Tom came along at the time stated, diagnosing the problem and helping me to order a new machine to be delivered this week. Very helpful and explaining everything clearly.

I had a problem with my oven where the cooling fan wouldn’t turn off. Communication with this company is so easy and refreshing. Tom came round, diagnosed the issue and a few days later fitted a part to fix the problem. Would definitely recommend.

Tom Owens is the best. I just regret that we didn't 'dscover' Owens Appliance Repaiirs earlier so wasted a lot of time and money elsewhere. Several repairs over the years from my Dad's oven, dishwasher, new hob and new microwave to solving a tough fault on my oven today. Tom is a dedicated, problem solver, highly skilled, reliable, polite..... - what more can I say? - Perfect! I am recommending OAR to all my friends.

Engineer arrived in good time and quickly identified the problem. Along the way he gave me lots of good advice about the running of the dishwasher which should make a real difference going forward. The cost of the repair was good value for money and was not excessive compared with other companies. I will definitely be using Owen’s again

Fabulous service from Tom. Visited last week to check faulty washing machine and dishwasher. He fixed the washing machine and gave me so much info on how to avoid a similar fault. Unfortunately very old dishwasher was beyond repair. Tom advised on suitable replacement and today returned to install it. Much cheaper than paying for disposal of old machine/ installation from retailer with the confidence that it was being fitted by a professional who knew the product. Very friendly, polite and helpful, messaged to advise when he was en route. I would not hesitate to use again or recommend
