  Replace a conservatory with a solid roof/ soundproofing outer walls/ new PVC double doors and front.

  We have been very impressed with the works completed. Mark and his team worked quickly and thoroughly throughout. He had an excellent vision for what we required and kept us updated with any new information. The price was competitive and well worth it. Would highly recommend. Thank you very much.

  To construct a brick plinth for an outbuilding and lay a small concrete slab.

  Mark and his team were amazing. The workmanship was excellent, communication was superb throughout, the whole team were very friendly and courteous. Would highly recommend and will definitely use them in the future.

  Wraparound extension, internal restructuring and groundworks

  Our build was slightly complicated by the fact that we were doing some of the work ourselves and our plans were not overly detailed, so Mark had to work around us and our plans. We always felt he worked with us, which made a huge difference to us. The workmanship of him and his team was really good, great craftsman and always polite and good spirited. This was hugely important to us as we were living in the house during our build. We are really pleased and genuinely appreciative of all he and his team have done and will definitely call on him again!!

  Double height side extension

  The workmanship was first class. Mark is very on the ball and there is no lag between his tradesman. Always kept up to date and the finished product is excellent. My wife and I are very happy. We are looking at a rear extension now and owl construction will be our first call

  Rebuilt wall and re-modelled garden area.

  Mark initially quoted for the repair of a 6m stretch of brick wall, using the original bricks and lime mortar. This job was done very well, to time and at a competitive price. Mark's team then carried on and remodeled the back garden, installing a patio area, and putting in an artificial grass play area, with a very nice edging and finish to the whole job. The garden area is now transformed, and a real asset to the property. I would recommend Mark and his team wholeheartedly. A great job.

  Refurbishment of a period Oast House- First stage demolition and strip out

  This is a complex job involving many trades, including removing and modifying existing plumbing and wiring, joinery, brickwork, drain work etc. The nature of the building, being a modified agricultural building, presents its own structural challenges, which have been identified and remedied. The team have always been friendly and efficient,and on site every day of the project.
